Acquirement of the skills to coach and facilitate innovation projects, workshops and strategic innovation initiatives and to support others to apply innovation

Applying the classroom content to the real world. With the guidance of assigned mentors and learning groups there are three areas to build the main experience:
Great coaches are only made through experience:
The coaches bring their own projects / assignments / case studies from their day-to-day job or from any voluntary engagement.
Choose two out of the three areas and gather a minimum of 40 hours of coaching experience within 4 months. Every experience will be completed with a written reflection.
After the evaluation and 1:1 retrospective with the mentor, the coach will be certified.
